Phoebe hails from a distant planet, and is a skilled fighter, invading neighboring planets. She is a force to be reckoned with, and has fought to capture other planets, in order to provide a better future for her two children.
Phoebe can be upgraded with a devastating new weapon to give her an upper hand. She is easily able to mortally wound most enemies in a single blow, all while protecting her children. She trains her children up to battle enemies and they seek allies to increase strength and occupy more homelands using force.
